Northern Beaches Rebounder Mini-Trampoline Fitness Classes
Yaay! Rebounder Classes are here on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. My classes are here to energize your body, lift your mood, and connect you with a fun-loving community. Classes are held upstairs at the Surfboat Brewery, Unit 23/14 Jubilee Ave, Warriewood.
Mondays: 5:30pm – 6.10pm
Wednesdays: 6:00am – 6.40am
Thursdays: 10.30am – 11.10am
Fridays: 6:00am – 6.40am
Bookings must be made by 6pm the day before class
This class is so much fun and a wonderful workout, you really feel like you have worked hard and ready to start your day. Maria explains everything well

First timer to "Bounce" this morning and loved it. Even though my feet and hands couldn't connect - It was so much fun and Maria is a delight! Full of positive energy and a great way to start your day.

I’ve finally found the exercise I’ve been looking for. Never before have I found cardio and strength work fun! Maria is a great motivator. I look forward to every class.

I did a rebounder class with Maria and LOVED IT! It was so much fun. I worked up a sweat and felt great afterwards. Maria is a great trainer and keeps everyone inspired and smiling. I can't wait for my next mini-tramp workout.

Love this bounce class! Maria has so much energy and I can’t believe what an awesome workout I received, buying my workout pass now! Such a refreshing change from the usual cardio, thanks Maria!

I loved this class so much! I haven’t done any form of exercise in years and this was fun and a great workout. I love the small classes and Maria is a great instructor! I’ve booked in for regular classes and can’t wait for the next one!
